Welcome to the International Jiu-Jitsu Education Fund! Here at IJEF, we believe in the power of jiu-jitsu to change lives. Just a few months of training can have incredible effects on a person, providing discipline, self-confidence, respect, integrity, and dignity.
We’d like to see more jiu-jitsu happening across the planet. To that end, we train and sponsor Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructors in places that lack access to the art we love – places with no martial arts academies, no gym mats, and no uniforms.
The coaches we support, who we call our “Roll Models,” are tasked with training as many children as possible, absolutely free. A simple idea with amazing results: in less than a year, nearly 200 kids have started their journey in jiu-jitsu practice at no cost!
If you believe, like us, that jiu-jitsu is a powerful tool for individual and community-driven change, donate or send us a message of support. Whether you’ve never practiced a martial art or you’ve been training for years, we’d love for you to join us in rolling toward a better world.
